How to fund a virtual card with USDT?

With USDT on your wallet balance → Cards → select card → Top up → enter amount and confirm. No KYC needed.

Make sure your USDT balance is sufficient (buy via bank payment, receive TRC-20, or get a C2C transfer).

Open Cards and select the virtual card.

Tap Top up, enter amount in USDT or equivalent.

Review fee per card tier (3–12%) → confirm. Card balance updates instantly.

Use card details or Apple Pay / Google Pay to pay.

How to deposit USDT via TRC-20?

Copy the TRC-20 address under Top up → USDT and send USDT on TRC-20 only. No KYC needed.

Top up → USDT → copy wallet address.

On an exchange or external wallet, choose USDT withdrawal, network TRC-20 (Tron).

Paste IMBA address, check amount and network fee → confirm send.

Crediting usually takes 1–30 minutes depending on Tron network load.

Important: deposits are accepted on TRC-20 only. Sending ERC-20, BEP-20, or another network to this address will result in lost funds.

How to withdraw USDT to an external wallet?

Withdraw → USDT → pick network (TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, TON), enter address and amount. No KYC needed.

Withdraw or Transfer → To external address.

Choose network: TRC-20 (cheaper), ERC-20, BEP-20, or TON — match the recipient wallet.

Paste address; verify network matches recipient wallet.

How to send USDT to another IMBA user (C2C)?

USDT credits another user's IMBA Wallet account. You enter their account email as the system identifier: Transfer → To IMBA user → account email → amount → confirm. Instant, no KYC, no network fee.

Make sure the recipient is registered in IMBA Wallet — you need their account email (system identifier).

Transfer → To IMBA user → enter the recipient's account email.

Enter USDT amount and optional note.

Review details → confirm PIN. USDT credits the recipient's account balance.

How does the referral program work?
