C2C USDT transfer by email

C2C in IMBA Wallet is an internal USDT transfer to another user by account email: instant crediting with 0% blockchain network fee. This is not an on-chain transfer to an external crypto address. Prepaid Agent API accounts cannot send C2C; humans may fund them by client_id — see agent tiers.

How to send C2C?

Transfer → IMBA user → recipient email or user ID → USDT amount → confirm with PIN.

1. Open Transfer → IMBA user.

2. Enter the recipient account email or numeric user ID (prepaid agent: client_id).

3. Enter USDT amount and confirm with PIN.

4. USDT is credited to the recipient with no Tron network fee.

C2C vs on-chain

Use C2C between IMBA Wallet users; use on-chain to withdraw to an external address.

FAQ

How is C2C different from on-chain transfer?

Is KYC required for C2C?

No extra verification beyond basic account registration is required for C2C.

Can prepaid agents use C2C?

The agent JWT cannot send C2C. A human Wallet user may send USDT to the agent by client_id (payee_id). See agent tiers.
