What we are and what we are not
Asha Wallet LLC provides a technology interface: accounts, USDT balance, card orders, top-ups, travel eSIM, and gift cards. The operator is not a bank, not an EMI, and not a Visa/Mastercard issuer. Card issuing and card payments are performed by partner banks and card providers under their own licences and contracts.

Who issues the cards
Virtual Visa and Mastercard cards in IMBA Wallet are issued by licensed partner banks and card providers. Partners are primarily in Asia (including Singapore and Hong Kong programmes used for B2B). IMBA Wallet is a reseller/interface and does not hold its own banking or card-issuing licence.
Not the other IMBA
IMBA Wallet (imbawallet.com) is a fintech virtual-card service. It is not the International Mountain Bicycling Association, not the Vienna Institute of Molecular Biotechnology (IMBA), and not IMB Bank (Australia). The official site, Telegram bot, and the Android package com.imbawallet.apk belong only to this service.
