IMBA Wallet Referral Program
Welcome to our program!
What a referral program is. It is a cooperation model between a service and a participant: you invite people to try the product through your personal link, they become customers, and the company shares part of its revenue from their paid activity with you, usually from fees for operations in the app. This is not employment: you do not need to be on staff, you only need to honestly recommend the service to people who can truly benefit from it.
How it generally works. You receive a unique link or code; a new user registers through it and is assigned to you in the system. If the program has several levels, the user may also become part of an invitation chain. When your referrals make operations that generate fee revenue for the platform, the program rules credit an agreed share to your balance. Always check exact percentages, levels, activity rules, and payout terms in the offer and product interface.
Why it exists. For you, it is an opportunity to earn from recommendations and network growth: the more people you involve and the more actively they use the service, the higher the potential rewards. For the service, it is growth through real recommendations and trust between people, not only through advertising. Below is how the referral program works specifically in IMBA Wallet.
How it works in IMBA Wallet
3 network levels
Earn from people you invited, people invited by your friends, and even people invited by friends of friends!
Payouts in $ (USDT)
USDT is a cryptocurrency pegged to the dollar. 1 USDT equals $1. USDT can be cashed out in any country without foreign bank accounts.
+$40 thousand per year
This much, and even more, can be earned as passive income together with IMBA Wallet. Read through the Earnings section to learn how.
IMBA Wallet is a cryptocurrency wallet that lets users issue VISA and MasterCard cards and buy or sell USDT (a cryptocurrency, a digital dollar) through available payment rails. This includes, for example: card purchase, card top-up, and buying or selling USDT. Whenever a user pays for something, makes transfers, buys or tops up virtual cards, a fee is charged. IMBA Wallet shares part of these fees with people who invite other users, paying up to 30% of its revenue.
IMBA Wallet has a three-level referral program. The program counts three levels of invited users: Level 1 are those who registered through your link; Level 2 are the people they invited; Level 3 are users invited by Level 2 users. All of them are your referrals, and when any of them makes operations and pays fees, you receive a referral reward in dollars (USDT).
Your personal invitation link leads to IMBA Wallet: virtual cards and wallet, app installation, the web version in a browser, or the Telegram mini app.
What you earn from
IMBA Wallet has two main sources of fee income — and you receive a share of both, according to your status:
- IMBA Wallet cards — card issuance, card top-ups, and the monthly subscription fee.
- Buying and selling USDT via Russian banking rails (Fast Payments System, SBP) — your referral buys USDT for rubles (tops up the USDT account) or sells USDT for rubles to a Russian bank card or account via SBP. The fee is 1–2% of each such operation.
Cards are the fastest trigger: people issue them right after clicking your link, so your first reward arrives on the day your referral registers — not "someday later". USDT ↔ RUB trading is a steady income stream for active users who regularly top up their USDT account from rubles and convert USDT back to rubles through Russian banking channels.
Below is the current IMBA Wallet card lineup. Each card brings you three types of income: a one-time card-issue bonus, a monthly subscription share, and a share from every top-up.
| Card | Issue price | Monthly subscription | Top-up fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| VISA micro | $10 | — | 12% |
| IMBA Light | $20 | $3 | 8% |
| IMBA Classic | $30 | $5 | 4% |
| IMBA Apple Pay | $30 | $4 | 4.2% |
| IMBA Black | $60 | $10 | 3% |
There is also a small fee on USDT withdrawal to an external wallet (~$1.5 per transaction) — it is counted, but it is a rare operation and contributes only a small share of total income.
Three network levels
First come the users who joined directly through your link: your Level 1. Next are the people they invited: your Level 2. Then come the users invited by them: your Level 3.
A Level 1 referral is a user who registered through your link. A Level 2 referral registered through an invitation from your Level 1 referral. A Level 3 referral registered through an invitation from a Level 2 referral. There is no fourth level: you receive rewards from three levels of depth.
The commission share for each level is shown in the rate table below and depends on your status in the referral system, which has five statuses.
Who counts as an active referral
A user is counted as active if, over the last 30 days, the fees they paid total at least $1 (USDT). This amount includes the card service subscription fee if the user uses IMBA Wallet cards. The same activity is required from you personally to press the "Claim" button and move rewards to your main account.
Partner statuses and rate table
The more active Level 1 referrals you have, the higher your status and the higher your income from fees across all three levels. The exact percentages — and how much that is in dollars from a single IMBA Classic card issue ($30) — are in the table below.
| Status | Active Level 1 referrals | Your share by network level | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Level 2 | Level 3 | ||
| Base | 0-9 | 10% $3.00 | 5% $1.50 | 1% $0.30 |
| Bronze | 10-24 | 11% $3.30 | 6% $1.80 | 2% $0.60 |
| Silver | 25-49 | 12% $3.60 | 7% $2.10 | 3% $0.90 |
| Gold | 50-99 | 13% $3.90 | 8% $2.40 | 4% $1.20 |
| Diamond | 100 or more | 15% $4.50 | 10% $3.00 | 5% $1.50 |
The dollar values in the table are an example for an IMBA Classic card issue ($30). For VISA micro ($10) divide them by 3, for IMBA Light ($20) multiply by 2/3, for IMBA Black ($60) multiply by 2. Status is determined by the number of your active Level 1 referrals, recalculated daily, and can both rise and fall.
Beyond the issue, every month you also receive a share of the subscription fee and the top-up fees from your referrals. For example, a referral who holds IMBA Classic (subscription $5 per month) and tops it up by $200 per month (4% top-up fee = $8) generates $13 of fee base per month for the platform. As "Base" you receive $1.30 per month passively from this person, as "Diamond" — $1.95 per month — and so on for every active Level 1 referral.
How much you can earn: six scenarios
How income is calculated in these scenarios
The six scenarios below show how much a referrer can earn at different network widths — from 10 active Level 1 referrals to 5,000. The same assumptions apply to all of them:
- Each of your referrals brought in 5 people on the next level. So 10 Level 1 referrals produce 50 on Level 2 and 250 on Level 3.
- Each active referral holds an IMBA Classic card ($30 issue, subscription $5 per month, 4% top-up) and tops it up by $200 per month. This produces $13 of fee base per month for the platform per referral ($5 subscription + $8 top-up fee).
- The one-time card-issue bonus is shown in a separate column: you receive it on the day your referral registers and buys a card.
- Status is determined by the number of active Level 1 referrals and applies simultaneously to all three levels of the network (see the rate table).
Network structure by level
Network width by level with the "each invites 5" coefficient:
| Scenario | Level 1 | Level 2 | Level 3 | Total in network | Your status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 10 | 50 | 250 | 310 | Bronze |
| Steady growth | 20 | 100 | 500 | 620 | Bronze |
| Good network | 100 | 500 | 2,500 | 3,100 | Diamond |
| Proactive network building | 500 | 2,500 | 12,500 | 15,500 | Diamond |
| Influencer | 1,000 | 5,000 | 25,000 | 31,000 | Diamond |
| Network-building leader | 5,000 | 25,000 | 125,000 | 155,000 | Diamond |
Your income by level and totals
The main table — how much you receive from each level separately and in total. The card-issue bonus is one-time, paid the moment your referral buys a card; monthly income flows as long as your network remains active.
| Scenario | Monthly per level | Total per month | Card-issue bonus (one-time) | First-year total | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Level 2 | Level 3 | ||||
| Starter | $14 | $39 | $65 | $118 | $273 | ~$1,690 |
| Steady growth | $29 | $78 | $130 | $237 | $546 | ~$3,385 |
| Good network | $195 | $650 | $1,625 | $2,470 | $5,700 | ~$35,340 |
| Proactive network building | $975 | $3,250 | $8,125 | $12,350 | $28,500 | ~$176,700 |
| Influencer | $1,950 | $6,500 | $16,250 | $24,700 | $57,000 | ~$353,400 |
| Network-building leader | $9,750 | $32,500 | $81,250 | $123,500 | $285,000 | ~$1.77M |
What "Network-building leader" means
The shape of your network may vary. You may have 50 active people on Level 1, 500 on Level 2, and several thousand on Level 3. Or the opposite: a wide Level 1 with narrow Level 2 and Level 3 (this happens when your referrals do not develop their own structures). The figures in the table are illustrative benchmarks, not a guarantee. The actual result depends on your network's activity, the card tariffs your referrals choose, and how many of your referrals also become small "network-building leaders" themselves.
Where rewards accumulate and how to withdraw them to the main account
Referral rewards are stored in USDT on a special referral account in IMBA Wallet, separately from card funds. When the balance available for withdrawal reaches at least 10 USDT, you can transfer the amount to your main USDT account using the Claim button.
How an invitee enters your network
To make your friends, acquaintances, or anyone else you recommend the service to become your referrals during registration, IMBA Wallet uses a personal invitation link and, optionally, the same identifier as a code that can be copied. The link and code are available in the product interface: in the app, web version, or Telegram mini app (the Earnings section). If needed, the code can be entered manually during registration; when a user follows the link, it is entered automatically. Then you simply share the link or code through any suitable channel: messenger, social networks, a website, or any other channel. The recipient follows the link to IMBA Wallet, registers, and is permanently assigned in the system as your referral.
